- Buyer’s remorse
- Personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Warranty Claim Process

- A photo of the product packaging, if damaged
- A short description of the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.
Replacement or Refund
If your warranty claim is approved, Hokdi Store may provide a free replacement or refund. The final solution will depend on the product type, issue, and availability.
