If your product has any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage after delivery
• Damage caused by washing, cleaning, or using the product incorrectly
• Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, please email us.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A photo of the product packaging, if damaged
• A short description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

Replacement or Refund

If your warranty claim is approved, Hokdi Store may provide a free replacement or refund. The final solution will depend on the product type, issue, and availability.

Important Note

Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
